The primary purpose of a VoIP Sales Executive is to proactively prospect and sell our services to potential customers, and close sales opportunities.
Responsibilities:- Contact potential customers via outbound calls and cold calling for the purpose of selling our products and services.
- Present our services through on-site meetings with decision makers.
- Process orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring that all company standards and departmental expectations are met.
- Maintain active communication with prospective customers.
- Perform outbound contact to existing customers to sell additional services.
- Maintain on-going communications with entire account base.
- Convert customer problems into sales opportunities.
- Improve overall customer satisfaction in existing customer accounts.
- Utilize, maintain and continuously improve various sales and communication techniques, product knowledge, services, prices, promotions, and technical skills.
- Achieve monthly sales quota.
- Able to verbally communicate clearly, persuasively and professionally in order to achieve the required sales and customer satisfaction goals.
- Able to professionally and concisely communicate in English both verbally and written.
- Possess knowledge, skills and experience in telemarketing.
- Has cold-calling/prospecting experience.
- Highly motivated, driven, and personable individual with strong interpersonal skills and a friendly outgoing personality.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Self-motivated with a strong sense of urgency.
- Quick learner and adaptive to constant change.
The Account Manager is tasked with managing the relationship with a named set of key customer accounts. Quota consists of renewing current contracts, customer retention as well as upselling additional product and services.
Responsibilities:- Perform outbound contact to existing customers to sell additional services.
- Convert customer problems into sales opportunities.
- Improve overall customer satisfaction in assigned customer accounts.
- Must have experience with software sales or customer support experience and proven ability to continually achieve and exceed assigned quotas/goals.
- Must be proficient with Microsoft Office, with a strong applications background and understanding of software systems.
- Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Displays professionalism, strong work ethic, flexibility, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Team player, willing to support a long term company goal.
- Tenacious and focused with a customer service attitude.
- Experience selling applications software to SMB and Enterprise Market and knowledge of competing vendor offerings a plus.
